Access YoutubeTechnical Certificate Request
The Technical Certificate must remain in client´s possession, and may be requested by inspectors of the Ministry of Labor and Employment in cases of company audit. If you want to obtain the Technical Certificate in a simple and fast way, enter your company´s identification number in indicated field below. The document will be sent by email to the reseller that assists you with informations such as customer data, software version, registration date and digital signature.
Exchange and Reinstalls
Need a Reseller exchange or Software reinstall? To request this service, the customer's EIN must not have any modification, in addition to being registered by the same reseller that had already made the previous registration.
